Welcome to Blue Mountains Astanga Yoga
At Blue Mountains Astanga Yoga we teach classes in the Astanga style as learnt from teacher Shri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India as well as Vinyasa style classes. These classes are a Led and Mysore style class and are open to all from beginners to more advanced.
Vinyasa is a yoga system where breath and movement are continuous, allowing for a flowing sequence of postures and the cultivation of a meditative state of mind.
